Hi, I am hoping to use the inbuilt Chat Room on our MS Forum and wondered if there were some instructions/tips etc that might be available to customise and get the best out of it?

I looked at it when i first got my forum, I decided it was better to just disable it and i created a shout box for the forum. People like that better than the chat.
