I really look every where to find the conversion tool to download for no avail. Where can I find it pleease. I would like to convert my old database to the new format in order to keep my old data. Any help would be greatly appreciated it.

It's on the same page as you download the forum from, just click the link in the left hand navigation menu for 'froum download'.
