writting the DB is no problem.. the problem is getting the list
once u get the list. it is usually in a tabl format or CSV format and u can eaily convert it / import it into Access, Excel or SQL

Some one here even interested on IP Ranges for the worl for thi wonderfull apps ??

I have one on txt i must move to access or exel . if some like tellme.

oh... i think you have to take a look on www.geobytes.com, i refered the boss to it in another thread.. they offer the IP 2 Location map in a text file, and also the distance between cites...
