COUNTER s

hello everybody

Im trying to use the object Counter

im using O.S xp pro ,i have the file counters.dll,i crated in the global file the object counter 

<object runat=server scope=application id=Counter progid=MSWC.Counters>

</object>

my problem is when im trying to use it from one of my file,i get en error line that say :

OBJECT REQUIRED COUNTER

what should i do?
