I have a dedicated server, anyone know how to do this through classic ASP?

This really depends on the Mail Server Software you are using. Most will have an API that you can use.
 
Make sure though, that you use Windows authentication and not Anonymous access with a DB password or so, to protect the pages, otherwise you have a million accounts from hackers.
 
If you give some more info on the software you are using, I am sure it will be easier to be more specific Smile

As Michael said, tell us which mail server you use.

I use MailSite, it's very nice, and it comes with an ASP application to access mailboxes and administer the whole mail server, very nice.
