Customize Profile Information options

I'd like the ability to customize the Profile Information options. For example, there are all of these options for communication such as Facebook, Twitter, Skype, ICQ, etc, which might not be relevant to my forum members. 

In addition, I might not want to give my users the option to include their location, age, gender, occupation, etc.
