I've read about the LCID and cDate issues - but this is not my issue. Someone posted the same issue I have here, but was not answered:
 
The issue is, the forum reads:
The time now is 19/08/05 at 9:51am.
You last visited on 19/08/05 at 9:23am.
Last Post on 19/08/05 at 9:13am By user
 
The date/time is correct, but the date format is wrong - I have the admin settings set to show the date in month/day/year format. But no matter what I set it to, it always shows in day/month/year format...most annoying...
 
I will try to find the bug, but until then, if someone knows the answer - please post.

If you are logged in then also make sure that you update the date and time format in your forums profile.

The date and time format in the admin area is for those users not logged in.
