Date format wont change

Hello,
 
Everything works great thus far after installing yesterday. Big smile
 
The date format will not change.
 
It currently says: The time now is 13.July.2005 at 9:30am.
I have tried to change it to all available options but the only thing that will change is the separater (hypen, slash, dot, etc.).
 
I have been faithful to search the forums but only find posts about CDate and changing the LCID which does not address my problem.
 
Any ideas would be helpful, thanks!

what are you trying to change,

the wording to letters? etc?

what are you tring to change it to?

also is this on a free host?
