Deleting Bounce Emial - Link Need

I have an idea for helping manage bounce back  emails - I used an old email system that at the end of the letter it would allow the user to unsubscribe to the newsletter and provided a URL that would automatically delete them.  When the email was bounce back I could go through the bounce file and simply click on the delete link and remove it form the db.  85% of the time this would work. Is there a code that we can add to the email blast that will allow us to do this? 

I know a delete sql will be required, but this could be a solution to bounce back email.  Do you have anything like this?
