I know 8.0 isn't released yet, but I'd like to get an idea on how different 8.0 will be from 7.9x.
 
The reason why I am asking is because I have made a lot of modifications that have to be redone every time I upgrade, and I'm planning some new modifications as well.  I'm wondering if I should hold off on some of the new stuff until 8.0, or if 8.0 will be similar to 7.9x with only specific changes?
 
I'm trying to minimize having to redo all the mods I make.
