It's really wierd. IE starts doing wierd stuff like giving me blacked out right-click menus until I mouse over the blackness, select dropdown menus won't pull down, graphics on pages or just white spaces go black until I scroll them off the screen, new IE windows have no title in the task bar, new programs lose their menus, outlook express barely works and menus an things aren't appearing.
Has anyone heard of this before? It's driving me nuts. Everything is like and it gets worse when I have more programs/windows open.
