I noticed that my subforum posts and topics actualy doesn't counted in the main forum, see.

Main forum  Topics(10) Posts(100)
    - Subforum Topics(15) Posts(150)

Is that a bug or not?

This is not a bug, but done by design.

The number of posts and topics is still counted for the stats count at the bottom of the main forum index page.
