I have some experience with Dreamweaver, but I am interested in creating a Dreamweaver template similar to http://www.gvma.net. I would like to be able to add new buttons as necessary without having to do too much work.
 
Does anyone here know how to create the template I have described? If not, does anyone know who I might be able to get a template like this at a good price in the US?

that template is made with images.

you need a table with lots of cells

then merge the top row and add an image.
then on the next line add the first line of the menu bar.

really you need to make a image in photoshop or simular. of the layout. then slice the image. into sections. then duplicate the sections and use a rollover method on the images to change to the duplicated versions that have been changed to show a different effect.
