My current host is 1PLanhost, they support both DSN and DSN LEss connections. My understanding is that WWF works best with DSN lEss connection. 1PLan stats right in support the following:
We HIGHLY recommend that you use a DSN connection to your database(s) to increase the performance of the database(s) used on your site.
If I have them make a DSN connection avaialable, it should have no impact on speed if I decide to use the DSN Less connection, right?
They state that the database will be able to handle more users at one time using the dsn?
I'm kinda new to this, so I guess I'm just looking for a bit of insight.
