Easy Email?

I've created this new site, BetterNeighbours.Com and I need to send out email notifications. But System.Net.Mail seems like a somewhat copious way to accomplish this. Is there any easier way for me to write emails? Something more WYSIWYG and then have them automatically sent? The emails won't change - but there will be a few of them, and they might change once a year or something. They'll be somewhat like eBay notifications. Particularly looking for something free. :-P My hobbies are already stretching me thin (these websites being the main hobby).
