when i'm trying to edit group permissions, i chencked the boxes than try to submit, i receive this error :

It could be a corrupted file, so first try reuploading the files again

i tryied but i have taken the same error.

i was using access db, i have converted to mysql, and the forum working normally but admin area gives errors.

the other error is :

I've been scratching my head trying to workout why you would get this error then it suddenly occurred to me.

I see that you have gone from Access to mySQL and I'm guessing because of the error that the Access database once used to be a version 7.x database.

Because of this you have an old version 7 field in your database that is not compatible with mySQL, to fix the problem you need to open the table tblPermissions and remove the field called 'Read' from the table. Once you do this the forum will run fine.

yes i was using 7.8 with access db. after i changed the database, i have controled the database and i saw the extra field called READ in tblpermissions.

But i didn't delete it. I'll try it now...

after i examined the mysql db  (which i converted from access), i have found extra fields. I want to report it you:

in tblconfiguration:

upload_img_path
upload_avatar_path


in tblpoll:

AuthorID

in tblforum:

there are many extra fields
