	how can i send via email the database INSERT. for example, the user enters form fields and clicks send, which updates the database..i now want that row to be sent to an email address

	You create an insert Trigger on the Table in question and then depending on the version of sql you use the mail method to send an email with what has been inserted. If you want to do that on the asp(.net) side you simply send the values via a standard mail component or system.net.mail
