Rubbish. If it's not working (or does not have one) he would get an error.

 

If your "friend" signed up with a domain like hotmail.com or yahoo.com it is very possible that the email is blocked by their server as unfortunately a lot of mail server from Hosting Companies are on their black list. Are you able to receive email on the same domain?

Well, i myself have this problem. I tried all components, It does NOT say anything but does not work too.

Then how rubbish ??????????????

Unless you put an 'On Error Resume next' in your code a wrongly used Email Component gives an error as well does one that is not installed. So rubbish
