I need to alter my installation of Web Wiz so that a certain email address gets notified any time ANY post gets made to a specific forum area.  How is this done? 

 

I am on 6.34 is that sufficient

On version 6 you can only select to have admin and all moderators to have email notification from all forums, this is done in the admin area on the email setup page.

In version 7 it is much improved as anyone can select to get notified of posts in a particular forum by clicking on a link at the bottom of the page displaying the topic heading for the forum. If this is what you require then you may need to upgrade to the latest version.

If you have access, it's really easy. SQL Server is a bit more painful.

There is a migration tool for access on the forum download page that will port your v6 database data over to the new version 7 database, but make sure you compact and repair the databases before and after the migration process.
