Hello. I have the 11.03 version of the forum. Every now and then, the forum report an error when users post a message.
The error is the next:
Support error code: -err_Acces_create_CDONTS_object
File name: functions send mail.asp
Foum version: 11.03

Please, could you show me some solution for that error? Thanks

The CDONTS objects is created in order to send emails.

If you are getting this error it means that the CDONTS object can not be created in order to send email messages.

If your web host supports one of the other email components listed in the email settings page in the admin area I would suggest changing the email component used to send emails.

Hello again.
No other email components in the list run.
I tried with all of they and the results are error.
Please help

Is there any way of disable?

You can turn off emails but then your forum will not send out any emails.

If the server you are using is Windows 2000 or newer then you should have CDOSYS on the server as it is part of the OS.

Contact your web host regrading sending emails from your website.
