Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'

Server.CreateObject Failed

/forum/functions/functions_send_mail.asp, line 153

800401f3

I have been getting this error and did a search here on the forum and have not found another error posted that refers to line 153.

I am hosting the server internally. It is a Windows 2003 Server with Frontpage & ASP turned on.

The interesting part here is I don't want to use the mail server side of it ... I need to find a way then to turn this off.  Our mail server is controlled by our corporate office and we are a satellite unit here. So we don't have a server to handle email notification side of this.
