Error inserting object in current location

When I create a new topic using Chrome (version 22.0.1229.94 m) and as the first thing click on Emoticons or Insert Image, I get the message: 

"Error inserting object in current location".

I get the problem in this forum, and a new forum I just downloaded and installed on my pc.
If I insert "someting" first then no problem.

I do not get the problem in IE or Firefox. I have tried on other pc's also using the same Win7 and Chrome, same story

What to do?

I am not seeing this issue in Chrome version 22.0.1229.94 m.

You do however, in all browsers, need to click on the message area first to move the cursor to the message area so that the image can be inserted in to the cursor location, if not you will see the error message you mention.
