Error - not connecting to web wiz forums

I've running newspad and the forums fine. I had a hacker that attacked the forums, and had to change the passwords to the databases. Once I changed the passwords I got the following error:

Server Error in Forum Application
An error has occurred while connecting to the Web Wiz Forums database.
Please contact the Newsletter Administrator.

Support Error Code:- err_mySQL_db_connection
File Name:- common.asp

Error details:-
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers
[MySQL][ODBC 3.51 Driver]Access denied for user 'Pzforum'@'208.109.138.175' (using password: YES)

Now I know this is an error because the password isn't correct. The problem is that the passwords in the dbconnection files are correct (for newspad and the forum). The newspad is trying to access the database for the forum and I don't know why it's not using the correct password. I can't see anywhere in the newspad that it stores a seperate connection string for the forums.

Any ideas?
