 When i put a link on a page of my web to access to forum ......appears this

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a000d'

Type mismatch: 'CDate'

/terrorelinks/forum/common.asp, line 448

If i open a new explorer and write th url of my forum ..it opens perfecty

http://www.foroterrorelinks.tk

or

http://k.1asphost.com/terrorelinks/forum/default.asp

If you are using 1asphost then you need to use the 'Lite' version of web wiz forums for free web hosting accounts.

Also, domain masking will prevent the login system from functioning correctly.

I came up with the same error when installing Full & Lite version on localhost. With the same file installed on 1asphost is OK? can you explain why? and how to fix it??

Do a search for CDate, there are plenty of posts on this with fixes, which include setting the LCID locale in the common.asp file.

Usually you get this if there are problems with server locale settings or the locale settings for the server are not all set to the same settings in the OS's control panel.
