Ok I don’t know if this was posted yet I looked but could not find so I posted it. I have downloaded the web wiz forums (latest ver), Installed, Gave permissions where needed and the forums are showing up. My problem is once in a while when I try to send a pm or post I get this (An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact the system administrator.) Now this happens only once in a while -_- another problem that I am having is when I try to compact the data base it is giving the same error. L could someone help?

Can you disable friendly error messages in IE to show the detailed error?

As this error only happens once in a while and it does not give you a detailed error message..... Are you on a corp. network? Do you have access to Proxy Logs? Somewhere you need to find what the actual error is, could be timeout or anything for that matter.

No i was testing this befor i moved it over to my server. It is directly connected to the net. i ahve tryed once again to check and uncheck to show friendly but it gives me the same thing :( I have found that this error is only happening when i use a emotion icon and trying to compact database. I wish i could help more.

P.S. I have noticed in my profile I set my url and when you view the pro it shows the icon for www. when i click it the forum addy is there then mine  soo it looks like this (Http://www.caspersnet.com/forumHttp://www.caspersnet.com)

I do not know if this is a bug but i checked my profile and it is correct in there. Thanks Heather

If IE is not giving you an accurate error message, try downloading Mozilla Firefox:-

http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/

It's much better than IE and should hopefully give an accurate error message that is needed to workout what the problem is.
