Does anyone else use the RSS forum feed as a sitemap in Google Webmasters Tools?

I have been but recently I'm receiving errors:

"URLs not followed
When we tested a sample of URLs from your Sitemap, we found that some URLs redirect to other locations. We recommend that your Sitemap contain URLs that point to the final destination (the redirect target) instead of redirecting to another URL."

Anyone else get this? I guess it's to do with URL Re-Writing?

The RSS Feeds are not able to be used for site maps in Google Webmaster Tools.

Is there an better way of submitting a forum 'sitemap' then?

I have a sitemap generator program which is fine for normal sites but takes an age crawling forums.

Can look in future at adding a site map feature in to Web Wiz Forums.

The only issue would be deciding how many forum pages to show in a site map, if there are 1,000's of topics then listing all in a site map may be a bit much for Google and/or the server to cope with.

As far as i recall ASP has a 100kb limit on page size, so if the page is longer than 100kb you would get a server error.
