Two event log entries - both event 5:

16:26:05 Active Server Pages
Error: File /forum/RTE_popup_preview.asp Line 70 Operation not Allowed. .

16:26:24
Error: File /forum/pm_new_message.asp Line 134 Operation not Allowed. .

W2K3 server, SQL Server 2005 with all updates. Any clues?

Both lines that have thrown the error use 'Request.Form' to read in form data so there is no reason why you get this error unless there is some fault with the server.

So, the only cause is a server error. Can anyone think what possible server error might cause this...it doesn't appear to happen frequently...I'll be monitoring for it now...

Windows server 2003 is getting long in the tooth now and as Microsoft will be dropping support for it in less than a year now I would recommend upgrading to a newer version of Windows server.
