Fantasy League

Hi, this may be a bit of a strange question, but i am creating a fantasy league for the people in my work using asp. 

At the moment i am creating the transfers of players out and players in as they need to start from zero points if brought in.  This is a manual process at the moment, and was wondering if anyone knew how i can create the access database to include this sort of query.

It's a bit of a shot in the dark, but there might be someone who has created this themselves
