Non-commercial licenses were dropped almost 2 years ago as they were simply abused as everyone even large corporations claimed they were non-commercial for one reason or another.
There are numerous licensing options from Community Hosted Solutions including Premium Edition License from £2.49 per month, up to Multiple Site Brand Free Licenses.
The Community Hosted Solutions (Web Wiz Forums Hosting) seem to be very popular as it takes all the hassle out of it and gives you the Premium Edition for a very small monthly cost.
The equivalent of a non-commercial license now would be the Single Site Premium Edition Licenses that includes the branding.
