File manager problem

	One of my moderators cannot access his file manager. I however can access and upload to his so its there. I looked though and cannot find any setting to prevent this. He had also checked it on multiple devices to rule out device error. Any help greatly appreciated.

	It might be the group they are in does not have permission to upload in the forum. Check in the Upload Settings page within the admin area that the group this person is within is allowed to upload within your forum.
