I just had to reinstall  system and need to find out the type of network it has. How do i go about finding the mkae of the card so i can get the drivers for it.

It is an old win98 system so they are not part of the win 98 CD.

I recall there was some software to find out your hardware type but can not remember what it was called.

Wouldn't it be quicker to just look onto the chip and see who the maker is (maybe they even printed a model#) then installing an app?
