You'll find all of the text and other css in includes/default_style.css

I am not sure you are aware of this or not, but you can also change font size within your internet browser itself.  Of course this will affect all websites, not just the forum.  You can do that by doing this (In Internet Explorer)

View > Text Size

I only state that because the fonts in the forum are primarily the same size as those found on the rest of the web. 

Just an FYI.

erm ... not neccesarily... have you tried it using IE on THIS forum?

it doesn't... you can fix font sizes, in fact as soon as I install the latest version of Web Wiz I will change this so as they can be altered... (increased accesibility)

The difference is in the way the browser handles css.  SOme allows you to modify holding the CTRL+scroll and some do not.
