Can you give some details?  What happens when it "freezes"?

Does the CPU usage go to 100%?

Does any page display from the forum?

Is there any error indication like an error code?

Does any ASP page work, not one from the forum?

When it freezes, can you still view html pages and images?

One of the most common problems with W2K3 is that many shared hosts put you in a common application pool which can mung things up like cookies, application variables, and a few other things.

Try asking your web host to put your domain in it's own pool - not a shared pool. Should take them about 10 seconds to do it.

Lead me not into temptation... I know the short cut, follow me.
