This one will not happen for you bud.. its just a Vote.. the best thing you can do is ask people to give them comments on why the voted for the way they did

Even if I am the forum Admin? If the user can't vote more than once, his member name must be stored in the voting?

OK I figuresd it out by looking at the tables - I can know who voted, but not how he voted. Thanks.
