I tried multiple search terms and didn't find anything...
 
Is there a way to change the default "Six Months" in the search to be "Any Date"?

It is causing some problems where our forum is great for older technical data, but it trips some users up because it's not within the last 6 months.

This is done for performance reasons with larger forums.

However, version 10 will have more configuration options within the admin area to specify the default search settings.

Thanks Bruce - but if performance isn't an issue with us, is there something we can change in version 9 to change the default?
 
Is this something we should get support from thru our e-mail support option or with paid phone support?  Or is it not even possible?

This would be more of a customisation or mod, so you would need to change this yourself.

It should be fairly simple just edit the search_form.asp page and change the forms drop down to select a different date as the default.
