Application: Web Wiz Forums ver. 8.05a
When membership permissions edited that user face up 
repeating topics in the first forum category. Admins 
or new users which are not edited do not face up this problem. 
Any suggestions?

on the default page first category forums are repeated 2 times. But just for the users whose permissions are changed. For admin and standard users there is no error.

I have created a new user to check the error and it was ok when I login. But when I changed the permissions of this user on forums the repeating error occured again.

You need to log into your admin area and reset the forum permissions. This is done by resubmitting the permissions to the server, which will clear our any duplicate entries which can course this issue.
