Forum transfered to site but not working

I FTP'd the forum folder to my site but all I get is this error:

Vbscript Runtime error 'ASP 0185 : 4200'

Driver is not found.

common.asp,line 249

any help will be greatly apreciated.

Could be a corrupted file, try reuploading.

Also make sure you read the documentation files that come with the forum.

I have completely deleted and uploaded the forum folder 3 times and still get the same error.

What version of the forum are you using?

Also check that if you are using Access that your host supports that version of Access.

Some details about the server, eg. OS may also help.
