Date of Last Post Doesn’t Display

If I'm logged into my forum, the date of the last post is not displayed, however the time is.  If I'm not logged in, both date and time are displayed.  How do I fix this?

have you tried re uploading the files as they can become currupt. have you done any modifications to the page?
