I have a problem with my forums time .

It used to work well but after some customizations on other forum's files now it is got fixed on 12:00 am .

Always the Current time is 12

And the Last login is 12

And the register time is 12

The posts are at 12

What could the reason be ?

what sort of modifications did you do. did you put anyway strdateAndTime = "12:00"

because the forum gets the NOW() or getdate() commands from the server .... so something has been done to the strDateAndTime function.

if its ok can you give

- a link to your website
- a copy of your common.asp file and default.asp file from the forum root folder
this is to see if there are any problems in them.

does this only happen on the default page or is it on other pages to .. also does the error/problem effect the posting times.. iE when some one posts .. on the forum_posts.asp page does each post say 12:00 or the correct number.

you can send via email to Aaron_hockaday [at] Breathofair.info

ive just looked at the files and they are ok. the other place the problem could be in the

functions/functions_date_time_format.asp file, have you editted the file at all.

one way to see if the server is having the server time is to create an asp page with the content below.

the below will show the date and time

place this in a file to show the date and time

<%

Response.write NOW()

%>

then run the page and see what output you get.

can you post the output to see if there is an error.

The out put was correct!

but the forums time still dose not change from 12:00 !

Im really confused ! I will chek functions_date_time_format.asp again.

thanks a lot for your help and your time spending on my problem dj air
