If you want to have posts authorized before they go public, you'll have to wait for version 8 - no known release date.

This forum does something like that in the support forums section - posts must be moderated and approved before beng made public.
Seems to generate a lot of double posting into other - non moderated - forums because peop0le can't wait a few hours for their answers.

Lead me not into temptation... I know the short cut, follow me.
