There aree problems in IIS I want to use another web server is there an alternate for IIS like PHP servers (apache, Opensas..)

Depends what you want to run,  if you want to run ASP (classic) there is no alternative

If you've got an old copy of win98/nt4 floating around, you could try to install PWS from it. Not sure if it's work on w2k/xp though. Also might only support asp 2.0, not 3.0
 
808rider's been playing around with the Abyss web server which has an optional asp support module. He says it has pretty good asp support.
 
For asp.net, you can develop with Cassini.
 
IIS is really the best way to go - IMHO. Is it some feature of iis you don't care for or just difficulty installing it?

Lead me not into temptation... I know the short cut, follow me.
