Hi,

I want to upsize my 7.01 Access to 7.9 SQL.
However I think that's not straight forward conversion and maybe it needs first a conversion to 7.9 Accees.

How can I convert my 7.01 Access to 7.9 Access?

Thanks,

Dimos

You would be better installing the 7.9 MS SQL server version, then move your posts across.

The 7.01 and 7.9 Access databases are the same, but there are changes to the SQL Server between those versions.

Thanks Borg.

But because I am novice with SQL and maybe this will be my first attempt...how I will move my posts and all the other features to the fresh installed 7.9 SQL database?

There are tools available in both MS SQL Server Enterprise Manager and in MS Access to help do this.

Try looking at some of the other posts on how people have done this.
