How to handle bounced emails

Does any one know of an automatic way to handle bounced emails from a mailing list.

I have an opt in list that i use for contacting my members but get bounced emails when people change their address or get rid of it.

It gets very boring updating a database so i am looking for a way to automate the process?

The emails are sent via an ASP script and runs of an access database

An Ideas?
