We are running version 7.8
 
is there a way a modification can be don that when you remove a dead thread to the moved topics it gives you the option of selecting a specific post in the moved topics i.e
 
Under the heading moved topics you have sub headings of removed staff chat if you move a thread from staff chat it lets you post it into moved posts but under removed staff chat section this would be helpfull as moved post's can get messy.

i dont think anyone has made one.

but you could search the MOD forum and also post to see i f anyone would make it

You should really upgrade to 7.9 as it fixes an important security bug.

huwnet i believe the bug was fixed within V7.8 .

V7.9 was a XXS bug within the register_rules.asp file

but all XXS bugs are bad ... so i can let you off there

Well i am no expert but whats the difference between 7.8 and 7.9 and is it ease to upgrade we are using access as a database

please read my last post, it is only the register_rules.asp file that weas changed within V7.9


so to upgrade you only need to uplaod that file
