Yes, just replace the ASP files, do NOT overwrite the Access database.

yes but i been told that in 7.5 there is a problem in the db that the connections are not closed and steel opend
and becouse of that the forum not working
also when it happens i see in the db folder a .IDB file
 
 there is a change in the db on 7.9?

Closing database connections is something that is done in the ASP files, not by the database.

There are no problems with the closing of database connections in Web Wiz Forums, in both 7.5 or 7.9, I make certain of this, and have double checked all files many times. If you have been told otherwise then you have been told wrong.

I am so confident that all database connections are closed in Web Wiz Forums that I will even give a free link removal key to anyone who can find a single database connection that is not closed.

Whenever an Access database is connected to an .ldb lock file is created. This is normal and happens with all access databases.

i have a hebrew forum
now i have to add in all the 7.9 files the <html dir=rtl> tag?
or there is other way to make the forum right to left?
