Error: Page 99 not Found

long story short, my boss asked me to take over this site ( www.providencehall.org ) for his kids private school...

one of the pages seems to be a dea link ( Admissions > Tuition Schedule )

page ID = 15, but when i try to go to the page, all it says is "page 99 not found"

So, i try and add a page... and it gives me the same error...

two things - i'm a php guy, not an ASP guy, so i'm not sure what i'm looking at...

and, i'm not sure if the administration side of this site has anything to do with webwiz other than the actual rich text editor... this error could be completely un-related to the RTE.
