The PodCast phenomenon has been highly propelled now with the integration of PodCasting in iTunes. Soon the new release of Microsoft Media Player will also have PodCasting available. I put together a little information on my personal blog that details info on how to get started and make your own PodCast show. It explains both PC and Mac details and tips. So feel free to read through it and get out there and become a star behind the mic!

but PODcasting. Apple just encouraged even more use of their brand name Dead

True in a way, but PodCasting is not limited to Apple, iTunes or iPod. It is just the catch term that became of the revolution. It's sort of like when you say can you xerox me a copy. Xerox is a copy machine company, but many still say can you make me a xerox, but yeah they do have an edge and a seemingly endless promotion of their brand name.
