Registering errors

   Hi all!
I'm sure this is not the first time this question is aswered but .... I'm newbye!!!

Trying to register into my forum, the only member which is able to do it is Admininstrator. No other member can register, getting the same error once an more: "... be sure you are not beside a proxy or you have cookies enabled..." 

Anybody can help me? I've been looking into "register.asp" and when the querystring has a paremeter/value "M=sID", I get the error.
