Hi,
 
I'm trying to update our forum from 7.01 to the latest ver 7.92, but the db don't seem compatible, I need to update for security reason's but don't want to loose db entry's.
 
Any idea's would be grateful.

Any chances are losed in the version hostory file, but unless you are using a beta version there shouldn't be any changes in the DB.

If you are using the SQL Server version some stored procedures will need to be updated, do a search of this forum for posts I have made about new releases.

Well our webmaster has spent several hours trying to get it to work, but says there's too many changes.

You have not said what version you are using Access or SQL Server?

Both of them are quite simple to update, just have a look at the following topics:-
