I'm no expert but my forum has decided to break... when i go to it it says

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'

Could anyone shed any light on this?

any help would be greatly appreciated! Is it anything to do with bandwith?

Your database has become corrupted.

You need to download the database, open in access, and select compact and repair database from the tools menu.

Also if you are using version 7 then you should turn off the active users feature from the admin area so that this error does not happen again.
